Lokesh Rathore runs PhoneSahi (mobile.naukritips.com) and is the person accountable for any personal data the site handles. This policy explains what reaches us, why we need it, who else gets it, how long we keep it and what you can do about it. Send any privacy question to contact@naukritips.com.
The short version
- You can read all of PhoneSahi without creating an account, and comments are switched off everywhere on the site.
- We don’t currently use Google Analytics or any other tool that tracks visitors. If that ever changes, we’ll revise this policy first, before the tool is switched on.
- Our ads come from Google AdSense, which uses cookies. The details are further down this page.
- Nobody can buy your personal data from us. We never sell it.
Messages you send us
Writing to us through the contact form or by email shares your name, your email address, the subject and the message itself. Form entries are saved to the website’s database, and a copy goes to our inbox.
We use this to reply to you and to correct any mistake you report. We keep messages for up to 24 months, then delete them. Longer storage happens only when a legal requirement or a complaint calls for it.
Server logs
Every visit leaves a basic record on our server, as it does on any website: your IP address, your browser, the page you opened and the time. Our host keeps these access logs for about 10 days. They help us keep the site secure and working, stop spam and misuse, and track down technical faults.
Your light or dark mode choice
Switch the site’s colour theme and your browser saves that preference in its local storage. It lives only on your device, and we never receive it.
Google AdSense and ad cookies
Google AdSense supplies the ads on PhoneSahi, and those ads help pay for the site. Here is how its cookies work and how you can control them.
- Third-party vendors, Google among them, use cookies to choose ads for you based on your previous visits to PhoneSahi or to other websites.
- Google’s advertising cookies let Google and its partners pick the ads you see from your visits here, your visits elsewhere on the internet, or both.
- You can opt out of personalised ads in Google’s Ads Settings. Cookie-based personalised ads from some other vendors can be turned off through the aboutads.info choices page.
- For Google’s own account of what happens to this data, read how Google uses information from partner websites and apps.
Visiting from the UK, Switzerland or the European Economic Area? Then a consent message from a Google-certified consent tool comes up first, before any personalised ad is loaded, and you can change your choice at any time.
Where your data goes
Outside PhoneSahi, your information can reach:
- OVHcloud, our web host. The site and its logs sit on its server in Mumbai, India.
- Google, which delivers the ads covered above.
- Government or legal authorities, when the law requires it.
Your rights under the DPDP Act
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, India’s data protection law, you can:
- Find out what personal data we hold about you.
- Have that data corrected or erased.
- Withdraw any consent you gave us earlier.
- Name a nominee who can exercise these rights for you.
Email your request to contact@naukritips.com and you’ll hear back within 15 days. Still unhappy after our reply? You can file a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India.
Under-18s
PhoneSahi is meant for adults, and we don’t knowingly collect personal data from anyone younger than 18. If you think a child has sent us their details, tell us and we’ll delete them.
How we protect your data
The whole site runs over HTTPS, the server is updated regularly and admin access is kept restricted. No online storage can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we handle your information with care.
When this policy changes
Each time we change this policy, we update the date at the top and call out any major change right here.
